Our Business Verticles
Our Development and Engineering Practice specializes in the development, engineering, and construction of complex plants and projects. Following construction, we would take on the responsibility of operating and maintaining these facilities. We collaborate with local and international design firms, OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), equipment distributors, and engineering firms to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Through our Capital and Investment Practice, we secure and manage debt and equity financing for our plants, platforms, projects and clients. Our services encompass a range of financial activities, including financial modeling, financial close management, and the optimization of costs and returns. Our expertise spans various financial domains, including Working Capital, Project Finance, and Venture Capital. We collaborate with local and international equity providers, development finance institutes, and lenders to ensure our clients have access to the necessary financial resources.
Our Digital and Technology practice provides technology platforms and projects for diverse industries and applications. Our Technology Practice harnesses the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things, data analytics and automation technologies to create and manage these innovative platforms. We work in collaboration with specialized technology firms to seamlessly integrate tools and systems to meet our clients’ needs.
Our Manufacturing and Supply Chains Practice specializes in the supply of products through the management of international product supply chains, using best practice such SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Our commitment is to ensure quality to international certifications while maintaining cost-competitiveness through our extensive international networks. Vecteng actively partners with manufacturers and producers, and in some cases, forms joint ventures.
Our Portfolio and Asset Management Practice optimises the performance and value of our and our clients’ assets. This includes performance and risk management. Vecteng ensures compliance and manages all relationships with stakeholder including off-takers/clients, lenders, project company boards, and investors. We are registered with PSIRA and have an in-house private security team to ensure protection of our assets. Vecteng Institute facilitates skills and knowledge transfer locally. We formulate and implement economic development objectives through our projects, working in harmony with our local communities. We work to optimize performance and returns for our lenders and investors.
