training, technology and knowledge transfer
We facilitate technology transfer to local industry and communities. This is done in collaboration with our accredited education partners. Outcomes-based certified programmes are developed to ensure skills transfer for the continuous operations of the plants. Training is customised with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to suit local training needs.  A hybrid model, with on-line and classroom-based approaches, are followed. This promotes job creation in the local communities.  Change management is facilitated through Open Business School.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management
Industrial relations is a key aspect of all ou projects. We place high importance in managing relationships between stakeholders, involved in our projects, including contractors, employees and the local community. We ensure employment in the local geographic areas where the projects operate, subject to the skills available within the surrounding communities. We acknowledge the importance of external stakeholder management and has experience in managing, engaging and investing in the local communities to create a synergistic relationship with the communities. This facilitates engagement, productive job creation and community participation in our projects. Community needs assessments are conducted, and plans are created and executed strategically, involving the local community structures, based on analysis and insight.
